So itchy I can't sleep :(

My whole body is itching like crazy!! What should I do? I’m so tired 🙁 x

hey hun, know how you feel with the no sleeping thing, i think i’ve had about an hour, Just couldn’t get comfy, and dunno y but felt scared too drift off too sleep. Hope you managed too get some zzzz in the end xx

Hi luv how’s u? Did u manage to get any sleep? I have been really itchy too, all round the outside of my both my boobs, but can’t itch it properly as it’s sore + the strapping is in the way…I have been taking piriton (as I suffer with hayfever) + have found this helps, I also found If I get too hot that makes me itch x x

I feel like all I’m doing is moaning on this forum lately but yet again I had the worse nights sleep ever, this strapping is so itchy it’s driving me nuts, can’t wait to get it off tomorrow, hoping it will be easier to cope in a sports bra 🙁 xxx
