So it's 9am and we are outside with the staff.

I arrived early at 7am, went with my mum and aunt and watched them drink a coffee. Walked around at 7:25am AND I am still outside. Nobody has a key that works for MYA Fitzroy. There are 5 girls waiting and staff, resident doctor etc and NOBODY to let us in. Us girls are already stressed, emotional, anxious and tearful. To top this off MYA have been so unprofessional this morning. I had to call the emergency out of hours number and I was the only person to get hold of someone. I am so disappointed. I just want to cry. Sooo hungry and thirsty too!!!

Aww dont worry!! hopefully someone will be there soon!!

Ah that’s not good! Especially if it’s the day of your op! Surprised that only you managed to get hold of someone :-s…anyway I hope you’re in now and have been seen to. I think because it’s a new place they’ve just moved into, things aren’t quite sorted yet but that’s still not good enough.
