Hi girls,
how many of you can feel rippling?
I had 350 and 375cc high profile partials from a 32A/small 32b, I am about 8 stone and a uk 6.
A few days ago in the shower I noticed the rippling feeling along the inner area of my boobs along the cleavage line in both boobs. It really freaked me out when I felt it as I didn’t know what it was but then realised it was rippling that I had heard about before.
I am so sad I kind of want to cry… but is rippling inevitable? Does everyone get it or do I just have bad luck?
Right now I can’t see it thank god, I am hoping it doesn’t become visible !!!
Any reassurance would be great as I feel a bit rubbish, I have loved my boobs up until now I just hate being able to feel the really lumpy areas in my cleavage.
I have my 6wpo nurse appointment soon so I’ll discuss it with her but I guess nothing can be done anyway.
xx
Hi Hun my surgeon said that rippling is something veryone with have weather it’s seen or felt xxx
@staceymlx thank you lovely, that’s put my mind at ease more, I just freaked out a little as I thought I was just unlucky in having it! xxx
Hey yeh my surgeon said same as Stacey that we all get rippling whether we see it or feel it, I haven’t felt any yet but I’m bigger then you at a size 12 and from what I’ve read it’s more common the slimmer you are and with a big implant as obviously there’s less fat and tissue to hide it. I wouldn’t worry though because at least you can only feel it and not see it 🙂 xx
I’m 8dpo and can feel a tiny ripple on my left boob in the cleavage can’t see it. I wouldn’t worry yourself xx
Hey I had mr traynor and he said on my first consultation, that ripple will be there. Sometimes you can see it or just feel it and might only be visible from certain angles x
I have lots of rippling on the side boob and some in clevage it’s totaly normal, i can feel it but its not visible, i think it will be worse at this stage to Eevie as everything is still settling and the implant is moulding into it’s pocket, the thinner the breast tissue around it the more you will feel it it’s nothing to worry about xxx
I have slightly rippling at the sides! From what I understand it’s fairly common early on and usually settles down if it’s visible! Have you spoke to your nurse at all? Xx
Thank you so much everyone you’ve all put my mind at ease so much, I didn’t really realise it was something that we all get wether we see it or not. Now I can chill knowing all is fine!
I think I got freaked out too as I have had a liquid feeling in my left breast for about 6 days or so that I feel when I walk up and down the stairs or walk with a bit of a bounce, it’s like a sploshing kind of feeling and I think I freaked out something was really wrong with that plus the ripple feeling to touch. I am hoping the liquid feeling goes soon as it feels kind of gross when I feel it happening. I will speak to my nurse about it all at my next appointment soon!
Thank you lovely @danielle101 that’s really made me feel calmer! I guess because I am petite it might feel more prominent but at least I can’t see it, hopefully it stays that way! xxx
Thank you lovely @laura1301 ye that’s where mine is in the cleavage area in both, I think it just freaked me out as I hadn’t felt it before so was a bit worried something was wrong! xxx
Thanks lovely @jessy6067 I am glad it is normal and something that is common or always there, I am hoping it stays invisible to the eye ! xxx
Thank you lovely @giraffequeen ye I think I had very little breast tissue to be honest, hopefully maybe it will settle slightly but if not at least I can’t see it and can only feel it! I am so glad it’s normal!! I feel much better xxx
Thank you lovely @nickliverpool123 I am feeling much better now about it. I have my nurse appointment soon so I will speak to her about it when I see her but I can see it’s pretty common now so I feel way more at ease 🙂 xxx
