So scared advice please

Hi I’m due to have implants and uplift in 2 weeks time. I’m so worried about the after pain. What pain relief does everyone use? Also what anti biotics are u prescribed? Your surgeon will prescribe all the antibiotics and pain relief so you don’t have to think of that yourself. Everyone is quite different with the pain but don’t over think it!x

I am such a baby with pain! I thought I would be in a lot more pain than I was throughout my first week, you just have to take it easy, don’t worry too much now x

Hi! I’m 8DPO, mini lift & 350 HP unders. I stopped codeine after 3 days & just used paracetamol, antibiotics & the prescribed muscle relaxants. My nurse advised pre op as I’ve got IBS & the combo of antibiotics, codeine & surgery drugs would give me horrendous swelling & constipation. It did! I have been fine, can’t believe it as I have as expecting the absolute worse. Honestly as long as you totally take it easy, don’t over stretch or reach & there is nothing but a bit of tightness & tenderness. I have reminders on my phone for meds, been taking them all daytime so as to not have interrupted sleep & honestly the only thing that has woke me up is my husband snoring!! I was so worried but it honestly been ok! You’ll be fine!! Xx
