SO SCARED OF NEEDLES

Hi girls! I seem to be asking a lot of questions on here but i find it so helpful in the forum! But i’ve been researching, and i am an absolute baby when it comes to needles, only because i had a bad experience with it last year where they couldn’t get the needle in my vain and kept poking me left right and centre 🙁 i came out so bruised! I’ve read that sometimes they allow you to have the gas first to send you to a light sleep while they do the needle business? Has anyone had this? or asked about it? Thank you! xxxxx

Hi hun.i have the same problem.i told everybody I more worried about needles then whole operation?I did blood test 1 week before my surgery just make sure I am fit and don’t have any allergic.when I came to hospital,say good morning and started totally cry like kids?I am 27 years old ?I was so scared.hate it.on surgery day I asked if can I get a gas cos I have panic from needle.he said it will be very thin.so after that I felt just very cold liquid is going to my arm,then all body and I started have cough because felt it in my nose and throat.i asked doctor what’s going on?he said with calm voice it’s normal….and then I don’t remember anything.but I had dream during my sleep surgery ?Haha so don’t worry Hun you just need to Say you’re strong,want to have a new big boobs!just enjoy every single moment there?

Oh really? A blood test as well! I’m so scared! I know that before you know it your asleep but it’s just making me feel sick thinking about it, I’m happy for them to perform surgery but not prick needles in my arm, sounds silly I know haha! But that has reassured me, thank you! I’m on my way to my pre op now so I’ll ask the nurse! Eek! Thanks again Hun xx

I was the same I was more scared about having a needle in my hand than actual surgery ? it’s so silly. But yeah I just had 4 puffs of gas and I was asleep and they put the needle in afterwards so I went through the whole thing without having to panic about anything! I was so happy I’m such a mard arse when it comes to needles ? xxx

Also I just looked at your stats and you’re basically the same as me as in height and weight and I’ve had 400cc hp unders 🙂 what are you having?xx

Aw yay! okay i will ask on the day haha, because i will probably have a panic attack if i see that needle! aw i bet you where so happy, i would just love to sleep through it all especially the needle process 🙁 Oh yeah! I’m also getting 400cc (if it fits) hp unders! Amazing! i really hope mine come out as an E like yours! So excited!!xxx

You only have to have a blood test if you have a previous medical condition that might effect surgery Hun xx

I’m probably one of the worst people on the planet for a needle phobia. I faint when just discussing them (in fact I feel faint just typing this), I faint every single time I have a needle and feel sick to the stomach in the run up.

I told the nurse at the hospital and she applied EMLA cream to both of my hands, the anaesthetist was AMAZING too I explained to him not to tell me anything and just do it because it works me up even more when I’m being talked through it and I go into a state of panic. When I was on the table a nurse held my hand and put an oxygen mask on my face. The anaesthetist was asking me ‘are you sure you don’t want me to talk you through it?’ And bam it was done, a few moments later I was asleep.

Please trust me when I say you’ll be fine. After my op the sight of the cannula was making me sick so they gave me a dose of antisickness which spaced me out to no end and was lovely haha! Just make it clear that you’re scared of needles when you get there xxx

Aww yeah you’ll be fine I have panic attacks with things like that and I was fine and I didn’t even have anybody with me! I can’t wait for mine to drop now being so impaitent ? such a massive difference to me. Some girls that have had 400cc have said they can’t tell much difference but even putting my old bras next to me makes me laugh how different they are! I’m so happy with them already ? I got told I’d be a DD but my friends DD bra looks like it would no where near fit me ? so I recon il be more like an E. I’ve heard people say unders get bigger as well I’m not sure if this is true. Bet your so exited ? xxx

I haven’t got a phobia of needles but I really don’t want to deal with the needle in my hand ? I want to ask for the gas but I doubt they’ll believe me if I say I’m scared because I’ve got a huge tattoo on my forearm and a few other tattoos ? I’ll have to try my luck!

When I got to the hospital I was crying so much about the thought of the needle and they offered me numbing cream or to put me to sleep with gas! I had the gas and they put the needle in while I was already asleep! I was at Preston and the staff were so lovely and really understanding about how nervous I was! I’m sure you will be fine 🙂 xxx
