so uncomfortable ?

My back and shoulders are absolutely killing me off sleeping up right on the soda need a good massage ?

Hi Hun. How many days post op are you? I’m day 3 and find it much more comfortable in bed. I’ve rolled up a spare duvet behind me and supported by loads of pillows. Have you been taking the painkillers? Xxx

I’m a week hun its been a nitemare I’m on the sofa as I cant get up from the bed I just cant get comfy I dread bed times ? yes I’m taking paracetamol and brofen xx
