So upset after my first consultation

Just come back from my first surgeons consultation for a BA (it wasn’t with MYA btw it was with transform) and I had such a horrible experience 🙁
The surgeon was not happy to answer any of my questions so I ended up giving up with asking any more! I feel like through this forum and other research I am very well informed about the procedure so was trying to ask questions that I felt were important for me and was not given proper answers. i was also told at one point that I knew nothing and he had been doing this for so many years that I should only listen to him.
I had written a list of my questions which apparently he was very unhappy about because as soon as I saw my PC afterwards she said that she’d heard I had taken a list and was questioning the surgeons opinion!
I have come out of the appointment very deflated and was just wondering if anyone else had had similar experiences and then went on to find a surgeon that gave the complete opposite experience??

btw I was offered 300cc implants which I was told would take me from a 32A to a D.

At the end of the day you are paying for a service and you are putting your health and well being in their hands. If they cannot respect that go elsewhere.
Surgeons do seem to think they are gods gift but you have a choice …..spend your money elsewhere.
And a good PC should calm your nerves and concerns and find a way to have all your questions answers ! I did feel rushed in my consultation but after speaking to my PC at Mya she said let’s book another consultation and I will go in with you and ensure all questions are answered!
I think for surgeons the consultations are necessary evils, they live for surgery so they must seem like sucking eggs to them but don’t let anyone make you feel your concerns and questions are not valid.

Hi I have been told a few bad reports about them and I have been in past and was not happy
I had ba with cobalt which is now vive and had bad experience. t my friend went with mya for ba and she has had the best car
e, start to finish and they also look amazing. She went with dr traymor x x

I had Mr Traynor and was so at ease with him, he was asking me to ask questions but i had none to ask he had already told me everything i needed to know, he had told me phone if i had anything i had forgotten i wanted to ask, he has definatly put my at ease for my surgery tomorrow, iv found everyone really helpful from Mya and upto now very glad with the choice iv made of coming with them 🙂 If you dont feel comfatable with the surgeon at a consultation, you will never trust him putting your body in his hands x

@charlotte123 ive also heard bad experiences with transform, and ive been for a consultation with them myself and it was about ten minutes long. On the other hand my consultation with MYA lasted an hour and I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted! nothing was rushed, I even went through pictures with my PC and received all the information, looked at possible dates etc – it was great! I’m also getting 300cc unders hoping to achieve a large C/ small D from an A cup 🙂 hope this helps, its your first consultation, don’t worry you can still look around until you find a surgeon/company who you are comfortable with and who don’t rush you into anything or accuse you of questioning their opinions! xx

I had a consultation with transform with sharon n I seemed very nice n informative I had to ask about money as she wasnt going to mention:/ im seeing mr mahadev which surgeon did you see? X

Ah yeh I didn’t have a problem with my PC just the surgeon.. it was Mr Khan x

I went transform first they were usless the pc was ok but when I rang she wouldn’t turn calls and when I finally got thro she was usless so that did it I would never go bk there again
