something to help swelling?

Hiya girl’s, im 1 week PO after having 450cc hp partials and am feeling great, I had my strapping removed today and im so happy with the results. The incision is so small too
The nurse said they are really swollen still and rock hard.
Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce the swelling please?

I used frozen peas on top of sports bra, I found it helped loads with pain softening and swelling. Xx

I used arnica tablets from day 1. they weren’t even swollen when I had my strapping off, they were amazing x

Ice!! I had my surgery 10 months ago and smell of frozen peas still turns my stomach after sitting with them on top of my chest for 4 days straight!! But does reduce the swelling n softens them! Xx
