Hi everyone 🙂 im now 5 days post op the pain has gone down a lot from getting up & moving around but the last couple of days the pain is coming from my cuts, it sorta feels like there burning :-/
Ive been taking my antibiotics & i havent took the dressing of of even seen the cuts! I was just wondering if anybody else has found this? Its only the last 2 days it has felt like this..
I suspect you’re noticing the soreness from the incisions as the pain elsewhere eases. You’re taking your antibiotoics, so it shouldn’t be an infection. I’d leave the dressing well alone. It’s there to protect and prevent germs at this tender stage. Call your nurse if you’re still worried and keep taking painkillers 🙂 The soreness in the boobs can come and go for weeks/months. xx
