sore boobs after 10 months

Last few weeks both boobs have become sore, especially last 2 weeks, hoping its just because I had unders and maybe with cold weather muscles tense so squeezed implants, but nipples really sensitive and sore aswell, anyone else had this problem and if so do you know if it will happen every winter xx
