everything is going really well with healing and stuff, im 9 days post op things are definatly getting better, im getting morning boob which usually goes after an hour, but i have ridiculously sore sensitive incision sites, there red but not overly red and i only saw the nurse 2 days ago who said everything is great incisions have closed already just there red sore and sensitive, has anyone else experienced this and any idea how long this could last xxx
Hey, I’m 3 and a half weeks po and the worst part of recovery for me was day 6-10 when my strapping was removed I have the most horrible burning sore pain in my incisions. It only lasted around 4 days though, make sure you have a very supportive sports bra on- I highly reccomend macom 🙂 only think that made me feel supported xx
Thanks for the reply hun, i am wearing my macom bra and its great couldnt fault it, just pure comfort lots of support, but the bottom of the bra only has to brush my incision and it burns so bad, my skin where the strapping was is sore too just like you have said, Hopefully not much longer for me, i brought this massive plaster thing over them for now which is giving me some relief but only doing this at bed time to avoid rubbing xx
