Sore nipples?

Hi girls,
So today I’ve been mad busy at work and haven’t had much time to rest.. I’ve gotten home and my nipples are sore, does anyone know why this could be happening? My boobs feel fine, my incisions are a little stingy but that’s about it apart from the sore nips.

Mine are the same, it’s normal so don’t worry. Not too sure about the stingy incisions though? I know they itch when their healing x

@annalouisex it’s horrible isn’t it! They were itchy but they seemed to feel a little burny before, I think it was because I might have been overdoing it.. It’s so hard to remind yourself to take it easy when you as a person feel fine! X

@amber my nipples are sore too 🙁 they were fine for the first two weeks… I called my nurse and she said its because they are stretching xx

My incisions feel burny and itchy, the nipples have all the nerve endings in so it makes sense I guess x

@keeno1 it’s horrible right? Mine don’t feel too bad today but yesterday was very unpleasant! Does the pain go on and off for you? Xx

@sophiemichelle23 I think the brusing next to the incisions is hurting more than the burning feeling, the brusing is giving me agrow today! Must be because they are going down x

@amber the pain is always there I’ve forgotten what my nipples used to feel like now ? I want normal nipples again ? X

Just had a shower and my nipples are so sore!? Yeah it’s not always there but where I sit and it folds in I can always feel the bruising round the insisions and all underneath 🙁

@keeno1 Oh no! I hope it calms down for you soon, I’ve got it today but it’s not at bad and it’s bareable.. How long have you been suffering with it for? Xx

@sophiemichelle23 hot water makes them so bad! Never experienced sore nipples before and this isn’t nice hah. Yeah I get that, glad to know it’s normal xx

Mine kill me atm but it’s normal , I feel comfortable with different Bra’s on I’ve noticed too xx

Mine are so painful at the moment too. I’ve started to wear a cotton crop top underneath my macom bra because the material of the macom makes them worse and that has helped a lot.x

I’ve got a sore nipple on my right breast. It hurts just wearing my seat belt in my car!
1 tip I have is to put a cotton wool pad in your bra over your nipple, it stops it being irritated and has helped mine so much!

Hi girls I’m looking for a bit of advise about my incisions ??. My nurse put the dressings back on on Monday and asked me to keep them on until today so I’ve just taken them off and wanted to k ow if they looked normal or a mess? Xx

They’ll look a bit sticky but or scabby but they should be OK I suppose everyone’s different xx

@amber mine are doing better now.. however my skin has become so itchy! I think its stretch marks!!! xx

My nipples have calmed down and aren’t hurting atm but it might come back, they look super shiny though so I’m hoping that calms down ?xx

Mine are super shiny too and bio oil and aloe Vera gel are both irritating my skin I don’t know what else to try and the skin is dry.

I’ve been told I can’t try anything for my dry skin till week 6 ?, have you tried palmer lotion?
