Sore nipples

I’m 8dpo and my nipples are so sore! Feels like when I was struggling to breastfeed and touching them feels like razor blades. Even when not touched I can feel them burning and aching. Is this normal ?! It’s driving me mad 🙁

Try a bit of Vaseline Hun, the nurse gave me that tip I use it on my nips and along the scar and around the boob as they got so dry, hope it helps xx

Hi Ronnie ( what about lanolin ) that’s what I used with breast feeding x

Cotton wool pads work are an absolute saviour!!! Stick a couple down your bra and it just prevents them from rubbing against your bra xxx
