sore nipples after op

Hey girls so im 2 weeks post op and have ridiculously sore nipples. I know u can loose feling in them or they become sensitive but mine are soo sore to the point of my bra touching them hurts. Its whats causing me the most pain really. Ive tried a warm heat pack on them a this helps a little but its not very practical lol
Did anyone else suffer with the same thing if so is there anything to ease them and how long will it last its starting to become a little unbearable?

mine were like it till week 3-4 i found using a little aloe vere gell helped a little bit but not a huge amount . i ended up sitting round with out my bra on any chance i got
