sore sunburn feeling 3 weeks post op tips needed!!!

Has anyone experience of the super sensitive sore breasts that feels like sunburn with the bra rubbing on it. The skin isnt red but its been a constant pain for 2 weeks and it never eases just pain and normally im quite a tough cookie. Any tips to ease the pain or how long this will last for?

Yep! Join the club! I’m just over 2 weeks post op and I feel really sunburnt too, in guessing it’s just sensitive skin as its stretched but it’s a right royal pain! It’s ok when I haven’t got clothes on though. X

I think I had what your talking about! My skin felt reeeally sore/sensitive. It seemed to be worse on the seams in my M and S bra so i started wearing my softer Primark bra underneath it and it seemed to help 🙂 it didn’t rub or irritate it as much. Still wore the more supportive bra on top though as I didn’t feel the Primark was enough on its own. I’ve also been religiously using bio oil and palmers ‘tummy butter’ at least twice a day…. mostly for stretch marks but also to help the skin stay moisturized while its stretching. hi hun, i had my BA same day as u and i have the exact same feeling in my nipples, they are so sore and feel just like sunburn! How are u getting on anyway hun? My boobs are so much softer now i cant wait to wear normal bras lol xx

Hi Mesh, I was wondering how you were doing. Great picture! Mine are softening too slowly and I love the shape. Like you I cant wait for normality and I keep looking at bra’s, think im going to be a full c cup which is great for my frame. Seems much longer than 3 weeks ago! Great to hear from you sweet x

Ladies how long until this feeling went, I’m 2 weeks po and my boobs and nipples are so sore, just want take sports bra off, I’m wearing the macom and m&s. Have just put sudo cream on nipples hoping this helps
