Spa day

I really want to go to a spa before Xmas I will only be like nearly 4 weeks post op do you think it would be okay? And my work Xmas party is just before 4 weeks is it too risky not wearing the sports bra

I’m interested in this top… I go on a spa day in April, I will be 11 weeks post op and wondered if I would be able to lay on my front for an hour for a back massage? X

Hey Hun I’m nearly 13week post op and I have been sleeping ony front since about 6week I asked the nurse what she thought about it as I kept waking up on my front and she said if I’m comfy then it’s ok.. But everyone says diffrent xx

i googled it and found a thread on ‘real self’ and all the surgeons say to follow the advice of your own surgeon. most state around 2 weeks or when your scars have completely healed.

maybe call your nurse and ask? xx

Thanks .. yea I may do but they usually just say wear it anyway .. just wanted to see if anyone had an experience going without for a few hours early. Thanks girls

Sorry I replied to just the spa topic! My nurse said I could go bra less for the evening from 2 weeks! For a works party xx
