Spinning 3wks post op?

Hi girls
Has anybody gon bk to excercise at three wks its just that im thinkin in another wk to start legs at gym at least, n ill tell instructor ive gota go easy….x

I’m having my BA on the 17th jean and exercise is the thing I’ll hate not doing, my surgeon said I could run after 3 weeks, so you might be ok just doing legs, and least with spinning you can go at your own pace. X

You’d be best to ask your Dr/nurse as most say no work outs 6 weeks x

Yea well thats wot i thought bcoz my instructor isnt hardcore he never involves the excercises into spinning n if i want to take it easy i dont have to take part in the mad competitive races he throws in lol but i myt check with nurse aswell hun thankz for the input girls x
