Alot of people use the Macom sports bra purchased online, its a post surgery bra that people claim is very comfy, supportive and also doesnt rub on your incisions. They are quite pricey but your new boobies are worth it! 😀
Also alot of people on here use the zip up M&S support bra, again another comfy, supportive bra!
However it is alot to do with preference and your own comfort, lots of ladies have said just the normal tesco/ASDA bras are just as good!
    Hope this helps hun xxx

I bought a couple cheap and cheerful from asda. They were £4 each and i’ve worn three of them at different points since my surgery on tues. Im on the 34dd now 🙂 They are really supportive and easy to put on even though they fasten at the back. I’m waiting to find out what size I am in a couple of weeks and will buy a good shock absorber 🙂 x
Good luck for the 18th chick xxx

    Menu

Pjs, slippers, dressing gown, toothbrush, baby wipes, hair brush and bobbles/clips, comfy underwear, your sports bra if you need it, baggy top, jogging bottoms and zip up hoodie. Food wise take some snacks, maybe your favourite, crisps, choccy or sweets. Maybe your ipad/laptop for films. Books and magazines to keep you occupied.
Take off/out any jewellery/piercing, take off any nail varnish, no fake nails, eyelashes, tan or make up. No deodrant or mosituriser 24 hours before op. Have waxed whatever you normally would.
You have to be a bit of a plain Jane really!
Au natural and all of that! xxx

i got told eyelashs don’t matter, if they are the semi-perminant ones xx

Thankyou danielle going to take my onsie 🙂 xx

    Menu

Ok, as long as you’ve been told they are fine thats ok, i was told by m surgeon no lash or nail extensions i think some surgeons are more picky than others! 😛
Im going to feel like unbelievably plain, i always have arcylic nails on and to not have them is going to be soo strange! You are also advised after your op to use roll on deodrant aswell instead or areosol sprays and obviously keep perfume/moisturiser/water any sort o fluid well away from your incisions until you are told otherwise! 🙂
Onnsie sounds spot on Kelly 🙂 dead easy to get in and out of! 🙂 xx

I had my op tuesday evening and was driving on thursday. I didn’t really have an option as I didn’t have anyone to help and had to be places, but i was fine. I was only advised definitely not on the day or for 24 hours! My friend (who doesn’t drive) came with me the first time, and i just drove like when I was learning – sliding the steering wheel through my hands 🙂 But yeah if you have someone to do it then definitely go with that 🙂 xxx
