Bit of a silly question but do they provide you with a sports bra on the day after your surgery? Or do you buy them yourself?
Any recommendations of a good sports bra girls?

Hi Amelia, it’s not a silly question – better to be prepared. No they don’t supply sports bra’s, you have to buy them yourself. I bought a Royce and macom (both post surgery bra’s) personally I found the macom much more comfortable. Xx

    Hi Amelia,

I’m Emma, a fit advisor at Triumph. You should look for a sports bra that is back-fastening as normal, as you don’t want to be pulling a bra over your head after surgery. Make sure the underband is not too tight as you don’t want it to dig in to any scar tissue and be aware that you may need to buy a cup size or two larger to accommodate for swelling.

Best wishes for your surgery and please get in touch if you have any questions or would like any product recommendations.
