I’ve been looking at Macoms and sports bras a lot recently. I’ll get a macom for the day of the op as its easy to buy because you dont need to guess cup size! Withs sorts bras though i wouldnt know what size to buy? Do you buy the size you want to go to? a size bigger?

Also, what do people think about this one?

I bought a macom, and because I had strapping which was removed on Tuesday I’ve only been wearing it since then. It is actually so comfortable, and I’ve gone and ordered it in the white now as well. I also bought a two pack of sports bras from M&S and they were ones that done up at the back, but made the mistake of not trying them on in the shop and had to return them because they were too small. The nurse thought I would be a 34F so that’s what I bought but the sizing wasn’t right at all. So I would definitely say to try them on, although the sizing on that one may be different x

I have been suggested to buy the band size bigger but expected cup size I believe. I may end up a large C or small D so my pc told me to buy 32D as I am a 30 band size, and go for the bigger cup size if you are unsure between 2 as it will account for swelling! That sports bra is recommended by a lot of people, also try Triumph Triaction Extreme and shock absorbers? xxx

I think the M&S do come up small as I also bought 34F and the back is quite tight even though iv always been a 34 back. May have to try and sell them as I have taken the tags off 🙁 xx
