My PC said get at least one back size bigger than what you are and at least a d cup, I’m a very small 32b so got a 34 dd, I’ll let you know how it fits when I have my op xx I’m having 450 unders
I’m a 30 back & bought a 32 (small) macom I went to m&s 3 days post op to get a zip front sports bra & got fitted into a 32E it’s fits perfectly ! I had 455cc on Monday xx
