Hey ladies I’m just wondering if anyone knows what size sports bra I should be wearing post op? I’m 6 days post op had to remove my strapping and been wearing a D, but have been really sore today……just worried my bra might be contributing to the soreness?? I mean how tight should they be!?? X
I had a macom for straight after surgery as I didn’t know what cup size to buy. I actually went to m&s 3 days post op to get measured & fitted into a sports bra I’m in a 32E, it still fits me nice & snug now at 18 days post op. So I would recommend you go m&s to get measured Hun xx
