Sports bra

Are you meant to wear your sports bra straight after the surgery or couple weeks?

Hey hun, I think the time to wear your sports bra is 6 weeks. Have you had your op yet or no? Gunna add you now hope you don’t mind I’m not far from my deposit target so gunna be booking a date within the next 2 weeks so excited 😀 xx

I’ve been told to bring my sports bra with me for the operation because my surgeon Mr Traynor doesn’t do strapping. He prefers his patient to get their sports bra on straight after op. So I supposed it depend who your surgeon is and maybe also your implants placement (under/over muscle). Best ask your PC 😉 x x

I had him yesterday he didn’t visit me after so I am a bit confused! I’m wearing the sports bra already :/ doesn’t make much difference does it x

The nurse told me to put mine on over the strapping for extra support x

Do they take the strapping off at the weekly check up amy or are we meant to take it off?? Xx

I was told the nurse will take it off at our check up and check everything’s ok. mines on Thursday, if they aren’t healed enough she will re strap them and advise us when to take off xx
