We’ll it seems the sports bra’s I have are no good 🙁 my black m&s bra is too big and it took ages to finally get hold of that one, think I need a 36e or 38dd….my medium asda one seems like it’s not supportive enough and am getting shooting pains in my incision on the right boob….could that be coz they’re not supported enough? If so that one is going to have to go back and I got a shock absorber one but returning that as I want the ultimate run one and a macom, got a primark one for later on! So I have 1 bra! And no money til Friday! Nightmare! X

Thats why im going to buy two macoms… they adjust to your cup size throughout the healing period. They supposed to be super comfy and im sure you can wear macom up to the 6 weeks. one off one on xx

Sorry Kirsty I should have said the u run Shock abs it’s each to there own I guess I had my surgeon toss my mac back in to bag and he said he heated them but the shock abs was so much better quality but saying that I’ve 415/385cc on top of uplift and then 450cc 2nd round 590cc on top of one nipple and this has never ever let me down but that had been the best one For me x

I’ve got a shock ansorner but it is too big and it isn’t supportive at all. I’ve ordered one from asda in a smaller size and I’m going to try that later when it gets here. I also get shooting pains where it isn’t supporting me xx

(This is the table for the fitting ) Lingerie cup measurement size guide

    How to measure yourself

When measuring, remember to wear a bra, keep the tape measure straight and snug and make sure it’s warm!

A – CUP MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body at the fullest part of the bust. Don’t have the tape measure too tight that it flattens your bust.

B- ACTUAL AROUND BODY MEASUREMENT – Measure around your body underneath your bust. Pull the tape measure quite tight.
