I had my op on Friday and I’m getting my strapping taken off on Thursday.. When I left they didn’t tell me when to start wearing a sports bra etc? I see some girls wearing a sports bra with strapping?
Heya I had strapping and they told me I could wear a sports bra if I wanted but didn’t have to, I wore one for extra support but wouldn’t waste loads of money on getting bras to wear with your strapping on as mine have completely changed size since having the strapping off x
Hey hun. Did you not have a sports bra straight after the op? I think you need one to keep them supported and to help maintain the position of the implants. Every surgeon has different ways of doing things but from what I’ve seen on here, most Mya surgeons recommend them to their patients. If you’re going to wear one, get a macom bra one size bigger than your normal band size to accommodate the swelling. Happy healing and happy new boobies. xxx
