Sports bra

Hi ladies, I have my op booked for 7th September and need to buy a sports bra for after…how do you choose what size?? I’m not sure whether to choose a small just to make sure everything is compressed down or a medium for comfort…

Hi, you are in the day after me 🙂 I have read to buy one back size and two cup sizes bigger, even though my final result will be E or F I have bought a DD sports bra for after
currently 34C so ordered 36DD
I have found a really good one on amazon think its called Ila/ Isla only about £15 front fastening and good quality came next day too 🙂

The macom bras are just sized on what you measure around your back. I brought some post op ones from asda online which are sized the same and are only £8 xx
