Sports bra advice? Help girls!

Hey, I’ve been wearing my MACOM bra for 3 weeks now, it’s become really tight for me kind of uncomfortable to wear now! I’ve just sold it and gone to tesco to get some normal sports bras… Anyone else done this?/not had MACOM anyway and had a normal sports bra?

I had a minimal bounce support bra and that was just like a crop top style one so that style worked well underneath tshirt/strappy tops that give me brilliant support and then I had 2 others that didn’t support me as much but I was glad when I had them on as a little relax whilst the other one was in the wash. I still wear these ones to sleep in as they are more comfier. Get one that feel supported and comfy not just cos of the name x

I’ve not had my op yet … But I find he shock absorber really comfy … They do a few in their range but I feel the shock absorber ultimate run bra has the most support. The main thing is like Lauren said find ones that give you comfort and support 🙂 x
