sports bra advise please

do you need several different sizes which is the best bra to wear straight after surgery been told it needs to fasten at the back x

Youl need a front fastening bra for after surgery. I got the macom coz only need to choose back size as fits all cup sizes.

I got a Macom and an asda one but I got a medium asda one and it doesn’t have quite the same support.. I’ve ordered a marks and Spencer’s one and it arrived today, it’s the same as yours Laura, can you start wearing that one straight after surgery? Xx

I have been told that I have to have that fastens at the back and that the nurse will do it for me I was told to go a back size up also… thanks for advise x

Yes you can start wearing the m&s straight after surgery, Katie.

As long as uve got someone to help Rose but I could have dun a back fadtening myself for at least few days.

yeh I know I think that’s why they told me I have to have one like that so I don’t do anything I questioned It but can only do what im told x

I got the asda sports bras and this is comfortable x

I got the pack of two extra high impact black and white sports bras from M&S, they are so lovely and soft and feel like they will give great support. I also just bought another black extra high impact one today from M&S with a pink zip which looks really nice, and I also got a macom off ebay! couldn’t get an asda one that fitted me because they don’t do a 30 or 32…

I took my rice sizers into the M&S changing rooms to try on inside the bras haha.

good idea how long is it that you need to wear a back size bigger? x

Hi there I’m 3 months PO and i bought the Macom its front fastening and so much easier, don’t know why they would recommend back fastening as when i went for my consultation they actually advertise the Macom in the consultation room. I also bought an M&S sports bra which zips up the front but for me, Macom all the way, i still wear mine now for bed xx

I wear the royce impact free one its really good. If you decide to try macom I have three for sale, 2 worn one and one never worn yhey are size Small in the nude champagne colour ill sell all 3 for £50 bargain…let me know if you’re interested. Nina x

Depends how long u are swelled for as to how long ul need back size up.

aww nina my back size is 34 so they will be too small…which is the best macom to buy im confused x

You need a medium hun and should get the style 1006 I think as it doesn’t have seams, the 1007(ibra is good but it has seams) hope this helps x

They are both very supportive personally if your scars are in crease id go for the 1006 just so you don’t have a seam rubbing your scar. The 1006 supported me and I have heavy xl implants xx
