Sports bra and sizes!

I know its really difficult to tell post op sizes as everyone is different! But if I have 400cc overs and am currently a smallish 34B what sports bra size do I buy? Also has anyone had 400cc overs from a 34B? Thanks girls!! Xxx

What size did you ask to be hun? Itl be that size & go up a back size to allow for swelling, if you get a Macom theres 2 levels of hook & eyes to have on whichever you’re most comfortable with xx

I originally asked to be a 34DD but I have hardly any breast tissue and my surgeon reccomended no bigger than 400cc, and said I would probably end up a D, I bought a 36D sports bra high impact bra from marks and spencers. Are the macom bra’s good? Xxx
