I’m just over a week post op and was told by my nurse a few days ago that the sports bra I had was to tight and not suitable! She recommended I get one from asda in a 36D I was originally wearing a 34D m&s bra which I admit was slightly to tight but felt much better then the asda one! The 36D was a nightmare to wear especially at night felt like I was being crushed to death! I rangy nurse who then told me to get a 38D which feels exactly the same just as tight 🙁 can barely take any more its keeping me up at night just want to take the thing off 🙁 anyone have any suggestions??? Would be very grateful thanks x

Sorry to hear you’re in pain! I haven’t had my op yet but just a suggestion could be to get a sports bra from somewhere else? Maybe it’s the asda bra coming up wrong… Try one or 2 on in m&s or something, may be more expensive but worth it! Xx
