Why can I not seem to get a sports bra that is comfy. Can any of you ladies help me please. So I am currently on my 4th sports bra the m&s zip up front one, had read on here how comfy they are but for me it just isn’t doing it, really digging into my incisions. I don’t want to spend a fortune on a bra now as I’ve already spent so much, anyone have any ideas, I am only 2 weeks po so still looking for something with lots of support

Hi Liz I’m the same. I do however love the primark seamless ones for £2.50 and at that price it’s worth a try. Xx

I got the high impact sports bra from asda. I ordered it online and collected in store Its black and pink and only £8 the band sits low enough to not sit on my incisions. Ive been wearing since straight after the op and its so supportive and comfy. I havent even tried the macom I bought yet xx

Mel if you’re only 2 weeks you should not be wearing those £2.50 bras from Primark. They’re basically like a crop top and aren’t supportive enough for your implants :/

Chelsea really? I find them more supportive than my macom and asda post surgery bra?!? Maybe that’s why I still don’t feel 100%. What did you wear? X

Just been into matalan, got 2 really cheap too, tried them on felt pretty comfy but only time will tell. Has anybody read that anyone else has matalan ones? One is low impact is that still ok do ya think?

The macom has that horrid material so your incision can breath and dry.
It clings to your nipples and really hurt me but then I had an uplift so had my nipples moved. When I swelled it got so tight I wished id bought a bigger size. But I persevered with it and at 5wks post op I’ve just started to wear other sports bra’s. But none of them (I HAVE 7 DIFFERENT ONES) are as supportive as my macom.. when I lie down they fall out of the sides and when i’m in the car I have to hold them. I have the M&S zip up bra and I cant wear it as it rubs my long incision underneath. So I keep swapping back to my macom. Aaaarrrrhhhh

This matalan one, not the low impact the firm control seems to have done the trick, is quite tight but isn’t causing no problems 🙂
