I had my BA last night and consultant said I dont need to wear a bra (I found it uncomfortable on the incisions) I am happy to trust him but wonder as I start moving around more (hoping to go for long walks by day 3/4 etc as I cant bear not excersising – sad I know) should I wear one then? doesnt seems right having them bear! lol!
Have you all worn one – and what about when you sleep?
    Thanks

if your ps said you dont need to wear when, then i would follow his advice. but i suppose it would be ok to wear it occasionally as i understand the implants can feel heavy and tight to begin with and its just relieves you to wear one for a little while. ive been advised to wear one, but i take it off every now n then to give my boobies a breather :)

    hi Sarah
Thanks lots for the advice – I cant help feeling I am doing something bad not having it on and will feel weird going back to work next week without a bra on! lol! I am used to gels and pads and all sorts.

i know it does feel strange walking around with these heavy implants and no bra! feels like theyre gna pop out lol! but some surgeons prefer their patients not wear bras as they can interfere with the healing of the scars and boobs drop quicker too!
its great to think we wont have to wear chicken fillets again lol theyre bloody awful! but they were life savers i suppose!
    xx
