Same happened to me, my nurse said to buy a sports bra for when I come out of hospital but my surgeon said I don’t need to wear one until I remove my strapping. My op is tomorrow. Who’s your surgeon? I’m having mr singh. He said to me the strapping is the same as a bra, that’s why I don’t need to wear until after day 4 (when I take it off), I’d defo take the surgeons advice if you have been told different by someone else. I haven’t even brought a sports bra yet! But I think it also depends what method the surgeon uses to wrap your strapping around you. Hope this helps Hun xxx 🙂
