Sports bra / post op bra confusion!!!

Hi ladies.
I’m really confused about post op bras.
What size do I even buy? Currently 32A, going for 350cc unders on the 29th June.

Can anyone show me theirs or even send me the link to the ones they’ve purchased and recommend?
I’ve seen a few girls recommending the Asda ones but I’ve been online and Asda have so many post op bras to choose from, I’m not even sure what I’m looking at / for.

Hi hun, I am getting 350cc unders too and I wear a 32b (empty) at the moment. I went into Marks & Spencers the other day and the lady there was very helpful, she has had her boobs done too and she suggested I get 34E in the high impact sports bra (zip at front) to accommodate for the swelling and to also get a 32DD for when the swelling goes down. I also ordered a Macom Signature in size Small which is for back size 32 and the cups expand to your size which is handy xxx

I was a 34c before had 500cc partially under on Wednesday and wear a medium macom bra x
