Sports bra problem

Hi girls I’ll be 3 weeks post op on Sunday but I’m having a real problem finding a comfortable sports bra. My m& s one is rubbing under my arms and the asda ones are riding up on my incisions. Now I’ve slept without a bra a couple of nights just to give my skin a break from them, do you think this is ok??
Also I’ve got dry skin and shiny patches on my new boobies, and while I’m here I may as well ask if you ladies wash under your boobs with shower gel ??? Any advice would be fab thanks gals

Im 3 week PO on sunday i wash my boobs and scars with sanex 0% it has no perfume in or use simple body wash. Deffo stick to wearing your sports bra its 2 early not to be wearing it your boobs need constant support whilst healing. Ive started using bio oil on my boobs not on or near my scars though, this will help preventing strech marks and help with the dry skin. Also ive been wearing gauze patches/ sheets on my scars to prevent the bra from rubbing against my scars, my nurse gave them me at my post op xx

I haven’t been given anything like that. Just said I was healing nicely and that was it. Might ring my nurse on Monday. Thanks for the advice xx

I asked her because i said what if my sports bra starts rubbing on my scars so she gave me them to put on but i ran out of them so i baught some more from the chemist xx

they dont like you not sleeping with out bra incase you dislodge the implants ! try the tesco ones thats what i did but i found i occasionly needed to padd out along my insission area the odd night x

@tracey i’ve found the tesco ones perfect. not had it off yet xx
