Sports bra rubbing on incision

Any advice girls? It’s very uncomfortable 🙁 also is it meant scab xx

I use to put a cotton pad under my post op bra to stop it rubbing and it’s totally normal for them to scab over Hun xxx

I’ve worn the mya bras since day one, 5 weeks post op now. They haven’t rubbed once 🙂 they are very comfortable and soft but not too soft! Xx

I had the same and my surgeon recommend buying a box of breast pads from a local supermarket. Worked a treat! xx

I have one from Asda and one from Tesco they both seem to rub! I also have a macom which seems to be fine! I’m trying to stick to that one no and just wear the others when I’m washing it 🙂 xx
