sports bra size advice

Girls I’m going to a 300 cc cup and a 32 back what size bra do I buy a 32c?? Help I’m going to marks and sparks today to buy it

Hi im a 32 back and i have to wear a 36 back as i couldnt fit a 34 on me after surgery i had 375 from flatter than flat and in a 36DD sports bra only 8 days post op x

Hey Hun, I found the M & S sports bras, zip ups were very small in chest size compared to other bras…. I had to go up a size, really could have done with 2..I also I found they didn’t stretch round your chest as much as others so don’t be upset if you have to go up a chest size a bit…xxxx

Have a look on asdas website, they have post surgery sports bras on there, some of them you only buy s,m,l,xl depending on back size, like the macom ones but they are only £8! The reviews are good, worth a try for the price xx
