Sports Bra Size HELP

Hi him a 32-34 A CUP. I’m getting 450 cc overs. what size sports bra should i buy?
any recommendations? i want to get a few…
What size ASDA front fastening bra? Small? Medium?

Based on the 125cc per cup estimate, i should be almost a dd? so would i get a E cup?

are macom bras worth the money?

I’d say go for the macom, I’ve had so much trouble trying to find a sports bra that fits. All different shops sizes fit differently.
The macom comes in back sizes and then the cup stretches to fit any size xx

i bought 2 macoms, normal back size and one up and neither fitted me in the cup after my op and didn’t a week on (got rid of them now so don’t know if they would fit now) I would say buy a macom as most have no problems maybe get one of ebay of here if you don’t wanna waste the money on one.

i was predicted a 32e from a 32b of my surgeon with 525overs. I bought a 32E asda which deffo didn’t fit. 2 macoms, didn’t fit. luckily had bought m&s 34ff zip up front, that fitted straight after op… I’ve since been measured 34ff in a freya bra and a 34g in high impact m&s 2 pack sport bras (i’m 3 week post op)…it varies store to store, so deffo keep your receipts if you are buying a few, to take them back if they are not needed. I’d say get a macom and a couple of others just to be safe…. but i know some girls just get the macom xx

or off here**… ohh and i deffo recommend m&s bras that’s all i use now, they are sooo comfy 😀

Shock absorbers are really good too and m&s zip up, but I wish I had gone up a back size in that one it felt really tight and left marks when I took it off xx

Hi I had 400cc and I’m in a 34 DD sports bra! It is a little tight but feels asif they are being very supported, it’s the m&s zip up front one and it’s soooo comfy! Xx
