sports bra.. too tight?

I was just wondering if its better to wear a sports bra thats tight/snug or more roomy? Mines feeling a little tight and didnt want that to cause any problems with healing.. im 2 weeks po 🙂 x

I’ve got a sports bra on at the moment I’m meant to measure at a 32 DD/E but I couldn’t get it over my boobs! So I’m wearing a 36 D I know it sounds too big but it’s supporting my boobs well but they Arnt squished 😉 I’m super comfy xx

Mine have started to feel a bit squished but think next size will be too loose.. so hard. How long post op are you?x

Just bought and am presently wearing a large sports bra from asda £7 and it’s really comfy (pull over your head one) I’m a 34d now although my back size is a 32. Its still got a decent amount of stretch so I’m sure it’d fit you x
