Sports bra trouble please help!

Hi girls I had my BA yesterday feeling absolutely fine within myself but Jesus are my boobies sore 🙂 just feels like an elephant is sat on me at the moment and it hurts to move about however it’s all worth it 🙂
I hope someone can advise me though, I have left the hospital with strapping on but no bandage so right now I havnt got any other support then from my strapping.
Do I need to put a bra on? The sports bra I have goes over my head and is very tight so not sure if it’s a good idea…
What did you girls do and when did you put your sports bras on? Thank you xxx

Hi hun they should of told u to get either a front or back fastening sports bra as ur not supposed to lift ur arms up. After a few weeks u can wear one that goes over ur head.

As for strapping some ppl wear a bra over and some don’t. I wore my bra over as I felt more support with it. Xx
