sports bra with strapping

Do you have to wear bra with the strapping? Xx

I didn’t the first two days and the nurse said this was fine as strapping was enough support but I’ve put a bra over the top now as I felt I needed a bit extra support. See how you feel and ask your nurse if you need any answers 🙂 xx
