Sports bras?

I’m going to m&s to get my sports bras tonight, but do I get 34 or 36 back? I’m usually a 32 or 34 back..and should I get E or F cup size? They’ve told me I will be about 4 cup sizes bigger… I’m confused as I normally wear either a 34A or a 32B. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks girls xxx

I was normally 32a Hun and I bought a 34 and I can’t breathe, hate it, and it’s a m&s one, definitely go up to 36 xxx

I would get maybe a 36e m&s sports bra then. I couldn’t get mine on for like 2 weeks, they’re so tight at first especially on the zip xx

Ok so I just went to get my bras and the lady measured me to get my size now so we could work out what to get and she said a 36 DD or a 34 E…but I don’t think that’s right. She said to not go up a back size or it will be too big and might rub my scars..so iv ame away not getting because she’s made me confused as I was told to get a back size bigger! Xxx

You deffo need to go up in the back size hun xx

I’m a 30D normally… Would I buy a 34 or would that still be too tight?? It’s a lot of cash to spend to get it wrong isn’t it?

I thought so well the nurse and all the girls on here say so but the woman was having none of it so I didn’t get any. Ill order them online lol thank u hunni xxx

These bra fitters are often clueless! Debenhams are meant to be good for fitting xx

I think I’ll order the 36 E online and then ill try debenhams next time for sizing 🙂 xxx
