sports bras

So girls im just wondering about sports bras..got my op next month and wanted to know what would be the best ones to get and also do I need to go up a back size and cup size to what my expected size will be xxx

Sportsjock d3 are really good, they have expanding cups like the Macom so you don’t have worry about cupsize, lots of ladies suggest the Macom bra I just found it unsupportive myself.Purelime bras are great too, it’s adviseable to have front closure bras as they pull everything forward and stop streaching in the pocket. I would get bras the normal backsize, at least 2 and then one a back size bigger just in case it gets very tight with swelling. x

The marks n spencers zip up front sport bra is recommended alot on here and i got one for after op they look good too.Yea i was told back size bigger and expected cup size bigger x

Hun I have my op next Tuesday and I have brought a Malcom bra u only need to buy it in ur back size and it will fit any cup size, I tried it on and it fits great . I have also brought some sports from tescos too as there cheaper than the Malcom but I’m really going to use Malcom most if the time . If u type my breasts into Malcom web site ur get 15% of bra so it basically pays for the postage x

Hi I had my surgery yesterday and had a macom and shock absorber with me. The shock absorber was too small but the macom fits perfectly. X

Did u get normal bk size or one up sarah? Xx

I got a 34 macom but prob could have gone bigger as it’s on the last hoops at the front. The shock absorber was a 34d as I was told I’d b a d/dd but was no where near closing. I’d def advice getting a macom or similar bra with no cup size x

Ok ye cheers think ill get macom so its not a cup size then get another too. Just looked at m&s one and like look of that xx

Hi Chanel I’m 1 day post op .i bought the sports jock d3 as it had been recommended as u don’t have to guess cup size but I ordered back size bigger 36-38 but my boobs didnt fill the cups so gonna have to send back and get smaller 32-34 but think it might be too tight on back. I’m currently on the Marks and Sparks 36e zip up which is comfy .its so hard to choose such a simple thing lol xxx

The op went well Hun .it was quite a quick process ,I was admitted at 9 am op was at 11 then I left at 3.30 .ive been feeling a bit sick but not in too much pain at the mo , keep forgetting I can’t move my arms as much .i need to rest more .i had 450s overs .i was a deflated 34A/B and dr traynor said I should achieve a dd or e cup .there is a website that does sports jock 3d called live to run and they do them for £20 only found out after I bought mine for £38 ! I defo recomend the m&s one .what size u going for ? Xxx

Aww good just had a look at ya pics they look so good already hun..wow that was quick. Im a day case so hopin im early admission lol..im 34a and gettin 525cc under on 17th dec. It needs to hurry up but only time could get off work really. TA for site will have a look xx

I bought cheap ones from Asda 2 pack black and white for bed and Shock Absorber black and white for work. I also bought a smooth maternity bra which was more attractive under clothes for going out cos I only wore it for a few hours.

You need a few cos you wear them all the time and need to wash them and have one ready to put on. The Asda ones are really comfortable in the early days post surgery and for bed.
