I would say the shock absorber ones are the best. I’ve got two now that I use every week for the gym and after my BA I’ve just order a. brand new one from eBay for £19. X

I have the shock absorber and it is really supportive but does feel like it rubs on my incisions!! I haven’t really worn it but instead have lived in my Macom. All the girls who have them absolutely love them and i dont know what i would have done without mine so I would defo recommend investing in one! x

It was more because it was tight, also I was told not to put dressings on my incisions by my nurse after my I week PO. The macoms are specially designed for post surgery and I have to say are amazingly comfortable, everyone I’ve spoken to about them raves and its been the best thing I’ve brought 🙂 x

Hi what about the genie bra I’m 9 days po and that’s what I’ve been wearing since yesterday and its bliss the band is low do doesn’t rub on my incisions. The pack is £20 for three and it says perfect post operatively. Anyone know any additional information about them?

The Macom is the best after surgery I couldn’t have done without it! I’m back doing light exercise in the gym now so want to get a really good one. I got one from tesco which is a high impact one only £6 and I’ve been wearing that too which seem pretty supportive for a cheapy! I’ve ordered the shock absorber ultimate gym bra but I will definitely invest in a few from that range, they seem to be pretty good. I’m almost 3 weeks post op now I bought a m&s zip up front in pink before my surgery but it’s a DD and it’s too small for me! Eek! Xx

Yeah I’ve bought the M&S zip up one too for after surgery so I’m hoping this will be ok but I just can’t decide if to buy a macom too. X
