Sports bras

Hi,

i want to order the M&S zip up bra but not sure on what cup size to order.

I am a 34 DD but I am having a breast uplift and NO implants! Do I order my actual size? I know i will be swollen afterwards for a while but will probs go down a cup size with the uplift.. Aaaarrrhhhhh dont know what to do.

Can anyone help me?

I’ve not had my op yet but I’ve bought a zip bra n found the back size really small I’m normaly a 34 but had to get next size up xx
