Sports bras

Hi girls, Any advise on where to get decent sports bras from?? And how do I pick a size if I’m not sure what I’m going?? Thanks xx

I’m getting the m&s zip up one, I’ve read loads of girls saying that’s the ones they brought, I’m hoping to be a 34E so getting a 36F to allow for swelling and the strapping xx

They recommend getting a back size bigger. I have 2 from Asda and like 5 from Primark coz they were so cheap! The Primark ones are an S. I have one 34 D in case I have bad swelling (I’m predicted to be a 32 C/D) xx

I was a 34b before my op probably 8 top size sometimes a 6 had 460 cc implants I bought a large in the asda bra as above xx just managed at four weeks to get in the small one but taken the padding out xx

I bought mine from asda and tk max! Both really cheap and the asda one is a zip up front. I bought a size bigger than the surgeon suggested as I hear they can be quite uncomfortable with the swelling and strapping etc xx I’m pre op but I thought I would share 🙂
