Sports bras!!

What sports bras are recommended? Iv’e seen medium impact high and extra high? Which do you get? Xx

Hi there I got high impact at first from marks and Spencer’s but waw they are really hard to wear all the time as they are not comfortable to be wearing all the time . I had to change to a different sports bra . I was recommended by the nurses at Mya to get Asda ones and they cost a lot less and are so much comfortable x

I’ve got these ones my PC recommended. They have black and white packs instore. Can’t go wrong for £7. X

I found the cheeper ones was no good as they wasn’t any support in them wots so ever and I need a strong one to hold my implants up and off my scarring and told my implants close to my body you get wot you pay for and I wanted the best for my dollys as a full uplift / implants is a big deal I just used the same brand with all my op and still haven’t found a better one for me x
