Sports bras for gym

So im heading back to the gym tomorrow and wondering what sports bras are best? Being so flat chested before ive never worn one for the gym and been living in my macom bea post op. Are the asda or matalan ones any good/supporive? I will be mainly lifting weights and doing spinning classes x
