Sports bras, helpppp

I am having 345cc on 11 may possibly 325 can’t decide, with nipple lift, and I’m a 32 b/c do u think I should buy 32dd sports bras ? Any advice would be appreciated xx

I heard if your band size is 32 the it’s roughly 120ccs to a cup size 🙂 that’s how i worked out my sizes
I was a small 32C had 445s so I’m hoping to be an E cup. Got a few dif bras and I’m wearing an F while I’m swollen xxx

I had 365cc and was 34b before wearing 34DD sports bra at the min xxx

When i went to buy my sports bras i took the rice test things with me and put them in when i tryed the sports bras, i was haveing 410cc from about a 32b and baught a 32e m&s sports bras which fit perfect x

Ok thanks girls I think I might go for dd then and maybe just get some more after if I need to but from the sounds of it that size should be ok xx

i’d go up a back size so if your normally at 32 back id get 34 back xx
