Im a 32a cup now sometimes a b cup depending on where I get my bras from. Does anyone know what size I will be after my op with 350cc hp implants?
I have looked at the Macom bras and may get one but they are quite expensive. Was thinking about getting the zip up the front sports bras from M&S but haven’t a clue what size to go for. Please anybody any advice xx
Hi I got 34d initially and was same stats as you but had 325cc. It’s nice and tight and is really good. I’d recommend it. Asda and primark also do good comfy non wired ones for a few weeks in x
Thanks Hannah. I think I might get a 34DD. Did you take that one to put on straight after your op? Xx
Hello Alex Louise I was just about to post about these medical bras I found on this website http://www.macom-medical.com. I just bought the “signature bra” in champagne and apparently the are the best! Also found a 10% off voucher code. Type “Secret” at the checkout! Read great reviews on it! Quite pricey but has a clip fastening at the front and holds you in without being too tight. Check it out and keep me posted! Xx

Hey Anna I’ve ordered one from there but it hasn’t come yet I got an email a few days ago saying it had been despatched but the tracker number doesn’t work so abit worried it’s been lost. They are abit pricey so I only ordered one from there. I’ve seen a lot of ladies on here say the M&S ones are good so il get one from there too and let you know how it is. When’s your op? Xx
Ahhhh Anna your the day before me in 15th with Mr Traynor at Preston you will have to let me know how you feel that evening after your op. Wow what size will that take you to? Im 32a now having 350cc hp overs I’m only 4ft 11 so bit worried I’ve chosen too big xx
I’m wearing the m and s sports bra I feel very supported but I don’t no how long you are ment to keep it on or if we have to change it to a less tight bra hmmm xx
Anna I reckon you’ll be way bigger than a DD I’ve added you as a friend hope you don’t mind so we can keep up with each other. Hey Sonia you will have to let us know on that one I don’t have a clue. I’m guessing keep them up in a sports bra for 6 weeks is so they can settle in the right place/way xx
Aww thanxs for your advice hun xx
I got m&s zip up found it very tight, so didn’t really wear it cost me £25, so I’ve ordered Macom bra perfect fit and support your boobs perfectly. Worth spending £40…
Hi Hun, I got my Macom bra on eBay for 16 pound was a bargin! Worth a look! Xx
Hi babe, i’m having dr traynor as well this coming weds and asked him about sports bras. I’m a 34C and having 400cc overs. He told me when getting a sports bra go up one band size and then go for the cup size you think you’ll be given that every 150cc of implant equates to roughly 1 cup size. So if you’re a 32A/B now and getting 350cc implants, should be looking at going for around a 34C/D.
He said it doesn’t matter where the sports bra is from they all do the same thing. I think his exact words were ‘if you want to go and spend £50 on a bra then be my guest, but one from asda would do exactly the same job’. I’ve ordered an asda one as he told me they’re pretty good – just google asda post surgery bra and a black one that does up at the front should come up. All of the sizes go up to a cup size of a G, so you just pick XS/S/M/L/XL based on your size (an 8/10 is a S). I’ve also got a couple from m&s in 2 diff sizes which i can pick up tomorrow, but i’m just going to leave the tags on till I suss what size i actually need x
Thanks Jodie don’t know why I didn’t think of eBay had tried Amazon and there was nothing cheaper there. Thanks Kennedy that was really helpful bet your so excited now 🙂 feels like I’m waiting for Christmas to come round xx
Hi Alex, I have the £8 front fastening asda ones, really comfy except I had to cut and tie straps to support boobs more whilst they are so high. But don’t mind as only £8. I had 350cc unders and was told to get 32D sports bra but it’s way too small! So hoping to change it next week, so maybe get a couple of sizes then you can return ones that don’t fit. Good luck xx
